How does this actually work?
CoachDirect will work with your school or company like any other vendor company and provide you the coaching services as per your requirements. We execute a contract or an agreement with your company to provide you with the specified coach as per the schedule.
Is CoachDirect an agency to provide Coaches?
CoachDirect is a partner company to whom you outsource your coaching requirements. Unlike an agency which would only connect you with a coach, we actually take complete responsibility of the delivery throughout the duration of the contract.
We are looking for one Coach who can be regular and not a different coach for each session. Is that possible?
Yes absolutely. Once you specify your requirements in terms of schedule, duration, type of coaching, etc.. we match you with a suitable coach who can fulfill your requirements and be regular.
Can we see the coach before we commit?
Absolutely, we provide you with the verified coach profile who can fulfill your requirements. We are happy to also offer one trial session so that you can either proceed or not based on the experience.
What are your coaching fees like?
Are your Coaches certified ?
All our coaches are certified professionals with verified backgrounds and at least 3 years of coaching experience. We share the coach profile with experience, qualification, certification details prior to starting the engagement.
Can you provide both full time and part time coaches?
Yes we can provide both full time and part time coaches.
Do you support after school coaching program for interested students?
Yes we can provide after school programs which are generally on a revenue share model instead of a fixed coaching fee per month. Please provide details so we can send you a quote.
