Our Services
CoachDirect provides a platform connecting clients with certified sports, wellness, and life coaches across the UAE and India. Our services include but are not limited to:
- On-site sports coaching for individuals, schools, and communities
- Wellness and fitness coaching programs
- Life coaching and personal development sessions
- Corporate wellness programs
- Online and in-person coaching sessions
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to coach availability and confirmation by CoachDirect.
- Payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule before or at the time of service delivery.
- Prices are listed on our website or communicated during the booking process and may be subject to change.
- We accept payments via the methods specified on our platform.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
- CoachDirect reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
- Disclose any relevant health conditions or physical limitations to your coach
- Treat coaches and staff with respect and professionalism
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Coach Qualifications
All coaches on our platform undergo a thorough verification and quality check process. However, CoachDirect acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee specific results from coaching sessions. Results may vary based on individual effort and commitment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CoachDirect website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of CoachDirect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachDirect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Physical injuries sustained during coaching sessions
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your information
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions or omissions of individual coaches
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CoachDirect, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
Changes to Terms
CoachDirect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
